001. WHICH EGGPLANT 🍆 SHOULD I PICK? - Being mindful to practice how to be in the present moment !

In the Inspirational Class Video today 🎬 we are talking about BEING IN THE PRESENT MOMENT. What do you look for everyday? Starting by the moment you wake up, what makes you go through your day? What gives you energy in your life? This will definitely help you go through a difficult day. Be focus on the activities you have for that day, focus on each individual moment. What motivates you to be, to be a person, to get out of your bed? If you don’t have a reason to get out of bed, there are other ways to be in the present moment. Start little by little! I know that one of the reasons to get out of bed is to go to the washroom. Pay attention to what you’re doing, which foot do you use first? Are you wearing slippers? Is the floor cold?

In order to be present in the moment you may need to tell yourself some of the things you’re doing in order to start getting more acquainted to this idea. You’re walking, towards your bathroom, what color is the door handle? Is it warm? How does it smell? Floral? Bad? Be present in the moment. This is your moment. It’s not later that you’re going to examine. It’s here and now. Practice every day so you can really carpe diem.


Don’t loose the perception of smell, sight; Every room has a different smell. You look at different objects in your house. Practice the perception of what is happening now. Be conscious of yourself. Know who you are.


If you know who you truly are, you’re also not worried about what others are talking about you or what they think of you. Because you know who you are. Sometimes people think that I’m a lady when I’m using the phone. I could be very angry and upset with the associate. However, I tend to laugh at the situation and answer with a lower pitched voice, or I just wait until they ask my name, which sometimes is hilarious. But I don’t get angry, because I know who I am, and what I am doing.


It’s important to be focused in the present, because you can avoid so much unnecessary pain and stress that you’d get by thinking about the future and what is going to happen. And in order to do that, you can use the techniques that I was talking about. Start by looking at small things you do everyday, and start moving it from your house environment, to the streets, until you get to work. When you go to the supermarket, truly look at that eggplant you want to buy, what color is it? Which one should I pick? This will all help you bring yourself to the present moment.
