004. 📷 USE YOUR WIDE-ANGLE LENS to better understand your LIFE 📸

In the Inspirational Class Video today 🎬 we are talking about not to be focused in only one aspect of your life, but look at it as a whole 💙✨ you know when you visit your cousin and he’s just staring at the TV playing games? He is very focused on the game. It’s good! He’s trying so hard not to fail. If he does, he will try again. That’s a great way to practice RESILIENCE. However, he won’t notice anything around him. People. Relatives. Sunday Grandma’s Lunch. He will be only focused on the game. That’s why I’m talking to you today about using a wide-angle lens to observe all the aspects of your LIFE so you can enjoy it fully.

Have you ever played a game that you have to touch the screen or press some buttons so you jump over a hole on the ground so you don’t die? I’ve been to this bar/arcade, and I’ve spent hours there with my lover trying to pass on to the next world and phase of the game.

That is a nice one because it helps you create the habit of resilience. You start being more resilient. If we can make a simple game become part of a life lesson, it is amazing. You have goals, you want to achieve a certain thing in life, a place, a situation and you won’t give up.

You’ll pass ✅ and conquer that world in the game, you might have slipped several times in front of a turtle, but you’ll go again. You slip again, you fall again in a hole. You go again… you’re so close to the finish line but get killed by a turtle ! you fail right before the end. And then you go again. And then one day you finally finish it ! But it was just the first level. Let’s go to the second. And so on.

Life is like this, full of obstacles and difficulties. The great thing about it: it is that we don’t give up on it. You fail. You want that job. You have that person that wants to destroy you and your work. But you won’t give up, you’ll find a way to get what you want and dodge the enemies. You don’t have to kill someone, hit someone, you just have to find a way to get there. What jump do I have to give? Should I jump to the right or left of the turtle? I try again, again, until I get that.

But be focused.

You know that cousin you travel one hour to visit, and then when you get there you try to talk to him but he keeps looking at the game on the screen and won’t answer you? It’s very interesting ! They are very focused. They are concentrated. In this case, too concentrated.

Being like your cousin is not being chill with life. Instead of focusing only on that screen, you have to use a wide-angle lens. Everything will be in focus with this lens. You’ll be able to focus in various aspects of your life. If someone walks into the room you will know, you won’t need to look back. But if you’re distracted, only playing the video game and not focused, you won’t notice.

How can I be so chill in this social media, television, tv series world? There are so many stimulation out there. Our mind is always trying to capture everything that happens around us. How can I possibly be chill with life? We hear everything, good and bad things. We smell everything, great scents and bad odours, and we’re grateful to be able to do that so we can choose which side we want to be. We have to be grateful and think about what we can do about these informations.

Are we bringing them into our lives and letting them shape our world?

Are we letting outside information change what we perceive that is important to us?

We need a filter, sometimes a retreat from all of this. But for now, I just want you to think that what you have within yourself is the most important thing, and that you have to use a wide-angle lens to observe you and your life, so you make the right choices to achieve your goals and overcome obstacles.
