011. IS YOUR INTERNAL ⏰ CLOCK FASTER THAN LIFE’S CLOCK? ⚠️⚠️

🎬 today we will talk about how your anxieties take you to another time, far from the present, it makes your body’s clock faster than life’s clock ✨💙 Anxiety is not being present. In the present. You’re thinking about what is going to happen. What will happen. How will the situations unfold? What should I do next? I’m not fully doing what I am supposed to be doing. My internal clock is faster than LIFE, life’s clock.

Anxiety is not being present. In the present. You’re thinking about what is going to happen. What will happen. How will the situations unfold? What should I do next? I’m not fully doing what I am supposed to be doing. My internal clock is faster than LIFE, life’s clock.

We ARE the time. When you think about that, you appreciate every moment, because what comes next will come next. And when it comes, you’ll be there. You’ll be there, completely in that moment.

Breathe. Start breathing. Take a deep breath and think about it. If you focus on how anxious you are, you’ll be even more anxious. OMG I’M ANXIOUS! Stop. Take a deep breath. Think about your surroundings, and about how you’re breathing. Make it longer. Breathe longer.

Why? Why am I anxious? You can ask yourself and try to make some discovery questions. Think positive: Oh, I’m anxious! That is good, it means something good is gonna happen. There are anxieties that are good. Are you anxious to meet someone? That is great! I’m glad you’re about to meet someone that you care for. Imagine if you weren’t. Or if you didn’t have a chance.

It’s not about destroying the anxiety completely and being FULL TIME in the present. No. It’s about yearning for things, being anxious to be a better person, to meet great people, to have great projects that will make your life better. If we don’t have that yearning, that anxiety inside of us, we don’t move. We don’t move forward. We just stand still. However, it can’t take completely control of you.

That’s the difference. I recognize my anxiety and I’m going to use it in my favor. Use it for me, for my life. For my health. For the people around me. You can’t be biting your nails and shivering. You can regulate all of that with breathing consciously and with recognizing what is making you anxious and why it is good for you and your life.
