Donā€™t let harmful things take control of your life. Donā€™t feed your attention towards things that are obstacles to you. Obstacles exist, you have to respect them. However, just pass through them. Just walk past them. Donā€™t look back and keep repeating ā€œOMG, thereā€™s an obstacle, a big obstacle, OMGā€. If you do this, youā€™ll give even more strength to it. Youā€™ll give strength to something that is negative and harmful for you.

9 - CHOOSE NOT TO BE GUIDED BY THOUGHTS THAT ARE NOT HELPFUL


Remember: Choose not to be guided by thoughts that are not helpful. Why would you obsess on thinking about your obstacles? Instead, look ahead, look towards your goals! Keep your bright mind and let it work properly. The obstacles are there so we can overcome them, walk past them. Imagine youā€™re playing a game and instead of looking to where you need to go, you start looking at your enemy and forget to go ahead in the game. You lose!

13 - THE FEELING ASSOCIATED TO YOUR THOUGHTS

IS THE GLUE THAT ATTACHES IT TO YOU


If youā€™re too scared, the fear will stick the thought of the obstacle in your head, making you think about it all day long, all week long, all year long. Remember: The feeling associated to your thoughts is the glue that attaches it to you. If you are not afraid, the thought will go away.


Obstacles come in our way so we can learn how to go over them. The attention we give to them just make them bigger and bigger, stay longer and longer in our heads. You take the control off of them by passing through. Donā€™t give power to things that donā€™t deserve it. Give your attention and power to things that deserve! Empower things that are worth empowering.


Empower your capability of overcome obstacles. Give your attention to that. Give your attention to solving the problem. Give your attention to go through the beautiful portal you must go through in order to arrive at the point where youā€™ll have an enlightened mind.
