Indecision. Itā€™s so difficult to make a decision ! Because when we choose to do something we are automatically choosing not to do something else. What does that end up bringing? You knowā€¦ Suffering. It was within our power to make that decision, we had the FREEDOM to make that decision. Can you see it? If you allow your feelings and the essence you put on things take control of your life you can even say that FREEDOM is a source of SUFFERING.

REMEMBER:

24 - WE SHOULD BE SKEPTICAL OF SOME OF THE THOUGHTS AND PERCEPTIONS THAT FEELINGS FOSTER

Weā€™re human beings, we have the freedom of choice, and because of that freedom, we think we can suffer. We say: OMG, itā€™s so good to be free! Wellā€¦ if can be tough too, if you want it to be. Tough to make decisions. If I chose to be here, alone, and time goes on and I see it was not so good as I thought, I will think it over and suffer for not have chosen to stay there, with him.

But only if we decide to cling to this idea that freedom is tough, we will suffer when being free. We chose that option, so we have to assume the responsibility it comes with it. We should appreciate the choice we made and make it become bigger than just us.

REMEMBER:

20 - THIS PATH CAN LEAD YOU TO SEE THE WORLD MUCH MORE CLEARLY

Yeah, thereā€™s a lot of indecision in life. Imagineā€¦ you have to choose a career, a path to follow, a husband, a wife, going out with friends or watching a movie at home, which university to study in.

You choose a specific degree you want to pursuit and you think thatā€™s it. You will have to do this for the rest of your life. No, no, no, my darling. Remember that this is not for your whole life. In any moment you can change your path. You start studying at a law school but after 3 years you discover you actually love numbers and want to become an engineer. That is OK.

The decisions we make in this moment, in this NOW, IS influenced by all the stimulus we have in the present moment. By all the people we have around. By the current society and historic moment. By all the books weā€™ve read so far. But just like everything changes constantly, you also change. You can also change the decisions you make. DECIDE! and assume the responsibility of this new decision. Remember: You become a slightly different person as you confront situations.

14 - YOU BECOME A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT PERSON

AS YOU CONFRONT SITUATIONS

Be humble to say: ā€œOhā€¦ wowā€¦ I was wrongā€¦ Iā€™ll fix my mistakesā€. If you try to fit in things that are not fitting in, you can bring more pain to yourself. Sometimes even pain for the people around you. Itā€™s hard to make decisions, itā€™s not logical sometimes. Follow your heart or follow your brain? What about both?! If your heart says to try to fly and jump from a bridge, donā€™t do that! Use your rational brain and see if the thing you want is adequate.

Build your reality with decisions made with your heart and your brain <3
